Intellectual Property Right

Objects of the intellectual property rights in the economic sphere are as follows:

• inventions and useful models;
• industrial patterns;
• plant and animal breeds;
• trade marks (marks for goods and services);
• commercial (business) name;
• geographical signs;
• commercial secrecy;
• computer programs;
• other objects, prescribed by the law.

Services (the list is not exhaustive):

• recognition of the intellectual property rights to a trade mark;
• representation of interests of an owner of an object of intellectual property rights in the state authorities during negotiations;
• legalities and performance of the necessary actions to impose penalty sanctions for unfair competition by the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine;
• conclusion of license contracts on use of the object of intellectual property rights;
• judicial protection of the intellectual property right.
